We are a small family business who started off by buying a student house for our daughter who attended UKC. We live locally and are always available for advice and help. All our properties are Canterbury student housing accredited and we are members of The Resident Landlord Association (RLA). We are safety conscious so all our houses have gas safety certificates and electrical safety certificates. All kitchens contain fire blanket and fire extinguishers.
